Meet Jesus Lopez, our Area Manager who focuses on Craveworthy Brands' hot chicken concept The Budlong Southern Chicken. Learn more about Lopez's journey, achievements and favorites!

How long have you been with Craveworthy Brands?

I've been with The Budlong Southern Chicken since 2016 and a part of Craveworthy Brands since its inception in 2023. 

What's your favorite thing about working here? 

I love working side by side with team members and providing opportunities to build leadership skills. 

What does a typical day look like for you in your role?

While no day is ever the same, one of the most important parts of my role is ensuring that we are always set up for a successful shift. 

What's the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job's meeting customer satisfaction and being able to see that guests are having a positive dining experience. 

What's a project or achievement you're particularly proud of?

My greatest achievement with Craveworthy Brands has been being recognized for all the hard work I've invested throughout the years. 

What's one piece of advice you'd give to someone just starting in your field?

Run the extra mile, hard work always pays off and never ever give up. 

How do you stay motivated and inspired at work?

I stay motivated and inspired at work by being supportive towards my team.
