Los Angeles-based concept known for crafting Midwest pizza with a California twist, Fresh Brothers, has launched its latest innovation celebrating the Detroit-style pizza.

Fresh Bros is bringing an iconic regional pizza to Southern California, introducing guests to Detroit’s pizza style. The new, limited-time offering is a rectangular pizza with a legendary thick crust and caramelized cheese baked along the edges of a heavyweight pan and topped with extra mozzarella cheese for additional flavor. Each pizza is 9-by-13-inches and built for sharing, feeding three to four people at a time.
Starting at $24.99, the Detroit-style pizza is available in create-your-own or five signature craveworthy flavors that pay homage to its Midwest roots:
- Motown: Made with two types of fresh mozzarella and Fresh Bros signature sauce.
- Motor City: Full of crispy and classic pepperoni, mozzarella and hot honey.
- 8 Mile: Crafted with mozzarella and double the amount of pork sausage.
- 313: Made with grilled chicken, bacon, spinach, mozzarella and Fresh Bros’ white garlic sauce.
- Bear: A blend of Chicago’s favorite Italian beef, giardiniera, mozzarella and our signature sauce.
