Key Takeaways

Building Authentic Company Culture

Gregg Majewski has built Craveworthy on the foundation of authenticity. He attributes continuously remaining true to himself and the company values to attracting great people who want to work for him.

Creating Millionaires

Craveworthy’s Program to Support Restaurant Managers - The hospitality industry is one of service. Gregg Majewski demonstrates this to the extreme by implementing a program with a goal to expedite the process of his managers becoming profitable, and, eventually, millionaires!

Staying True to Your Values

It is obvious that core values are important to Gregg Majewski and Craveworthy. He believes company values should be at the forefront of business decisions as opposed to following the latest industry trends.

Gregg Majewski Creates Millionaires

Gregg Majewski is a beacon of service in the hospitality industry. That approach is driving the success of Craveworthy Brands.

He attributes the company's prosperity to an unwavering commitment to authenticity, stating that attracting top talent naturally follows when you prioritize people's success.

He has put a program in place for Craveworthy Managers with a goal in mind to make them millionaires.

“I want to create millionaires, and that is my job from what I do. I want my team to become millionaires. And this is a way for that.” says Majewski to show host and Lunchbox CEO Nabell Alamgir.

“When you create something and a culture in place that everybody's making money and being successful and going on to the next great thing in their lives, that just naturally happens.” says Majewski. “If you're being authentic and always making sure that people are your most important thing and you want them to be successful, then hungry people want to come to you.”

Redefining the Management Career Path

Majewski’s service mindset is shown most through an innovative program for managers. Managers at Craveworthy Brands are given a unique opportunity: for the first two years, up to $300,000 in royalties are waived, enabling them to focus on their careers and achieving financial milestones.

His goal is clear – he wants to create millionaires within his team and give back to those who help drive the company's success.

“That's something I want to do. I want to give back.” explains Majewski. “I want to create millionaires, and that is my job from what I do. I want my team to become millionaires. And this is a way for that.”

In a world of industry fleeting fads, Majewski emphasizes the importance of staying true to core values. He firmly believes that a company's values should guide its decisions, rather than blindly following the latest trends .

“If you have your values and carry them, you're already doing most of those things, if not all of them. So none of those things should ever change the way a company is. And that's what I've always believed in.”
