Founded in 2005 by a two-time Food Network champion in New York City’s West Village, Taim, meaning “tasty” in Hebrew, is known for its market-fresh produce, 18 different authentic herbs and spices and time-honored cooking techniques. With 14 locations throughout the U.S., Taim has earned national recognition and won multiple awards, including “Best Falafel” by The New Yorker, for its better-for-you, customizable and bold flavors.
From signature fan favorites like the O.G. Falafel Pita to house-made, eight-spice Chicken Shawarma, Taim offers a vibrant lineup of customizable pitas, plates and mezze. Designed for foodies of all kinds, Taim caters to a variety of dietary needs — including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free — making it a go-to for individuals, families and young professionals seeking balanced, flavorful meals without sacrificing nutrition or convenience.
This June, Taim is turning up the heat with a new protein option for signature offerings, an additional side, new sauce, additional toppings and new beverage options. Each brings more variety and fulfillment to the menu and builds on the brand’s mission to deliver vibrant flavors to guests searching for Mediterranean-inspired dishes that are as exciting as they are inclusive.
New to the menu:

According to IBISWorld market research reports, the U.S. Mediterranean segment surpassed $33 billion in revenue in 2024 with global forecasts projecting $74 billion by 2032.
