Gregg Majewski, founder and CEO of Craveworthy Brands (“Craveworthy,”) has been named a 2026 Chicago Titan 100 honoree, recognizing the region’s top 100 CEOs and C-suite executives for exceptional leadership, vision and industry impact.
The Titan 100 program, presented by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli, honors Chicago’s most accomplished business leaders who create lasting impact across their organizations and communities. Collectively, the 2026 Chicago Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $120 billion in annual revenue and employ more than 207,000 people. The 2026 Chicago Titan 100 Gala took place February 19, 2026.
“This year’s Titans represent more than success; they embody resilience, purpose and transformation,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “Being a Titan is not a title; it’s a mindset, a way of leading with courage, serving with integrity and creating something that outlasts you. It’s about lifting those around you and leaving a legacy that inspires others to rise. These leaders stand as proof that the future of business is driven by those who turn vision into lasting impact.”
Majewski founded Craveworthy in early 2023 with three restaurant concepts and 17 locations. In less than three years, the Company has grown to more than 20 brands and nearly 300 locations nationwide and is on track to surpass $300 million in systemwide sales by the end of 2026. Craveworthy has outlined a clear path toward becoming a billion-dollar, multi-brand platform within the next several years. However, growth, has never been the only goal.
Through franchising opportunities, professional development and community engagement, Craveworthy is on a mission to achieve 10,000 restaurant success stories across its thriving portfolio – entrepreneurs building generational businesses, restaurant operators stepping into ownership roles and team members rising into leadership roles. The Company’s values and mission are built on the belief that scale and impact must always work together.
Prior to founding Craveworthy, Majewski began his career as an intern at an industry-leading national sandwich chain and rose through the ranks to become one of the youngest CEOs in company history. During his tenure, he helped grow the brand from 30 to 300 locations and supported the sale of more than 750 additional units, strengthening its operational systems and national footprint.
That experience shaped Craveworthy’s founding idea: legacy brands deserve second chances for a renaissance and emerging concept can succeed when supported by streamlined processes, strong leadership and operational infrastructure. Under Majewski’s leadership, Craveworthy built a shared-services platform that centralizes operations, marketing, culinary, supply chain, real estate, technology and franchise development while preserving and celebrating each brand’s distinct identity.
The platform includes partnerships with industry leaders such as basketball Hall of Famer and Big Chicken Founder, Shaquille O’Neal, and Bar Rescue host and Taffer’s Tavern Founder, Jon Taffer, alongside brands spanning Mediterranean, wings, Indian barbecue, pizza, desserts, stir fry and specialty beverage segments.
Craveworthy operates with a hospitality-first mindset – prioritizing the guest, strengthening franchise partnerships and investing in team development. The Company exists to empower brands, operators and team members to reach their full potential while expanding access to restaurant ownership through franchising and creating meaningful dining experiences in the communities it serves.
“Receiving this recognition reflects the strength of our entire team. I couldn’t have done this without their support, and their belief in what some once called a crazy idea” said Majewski. “Our greatest success will never be measured solely by the number of restaurants we open or the sales we achieve. It’ll be measured by the people we invest in, the leaders we develop and the communities we strengthen.”
The Titan 100 recognition underscores Majewski’s role in shaping a new model for the next generation of restaurants – pairing disciplined systems with bold vision and measuring success not only in revenue, but in lives impacted.
Majewski concluded, “Hospitality is how we earn trust, and that trust is what gives us the courage to keep dreaming bigger.”
