Gregorys Coffee a NYC-born specialty coffee company within the Craveworthy Brands portfolio, is celebrating the fall season with a limited new menu crafted to balance cozy flavors with functional ingredients.

The seasonal lineup pairs pumpkin classics with bold new favorites, globally celebrated ingredients and a unique creation, ideated by one of Gregorys own baristas. It will be available nationwide through November 4, 2025.

“At Gregorys we set the bar high and work tirelessly to create an experience and menu that is unforgettable because our Gregulars deserve nothing less,” said Founder and Brand President, Gregory Zamfotis. “Our fall menu reflects that vision by leaning into flavors and ingredients we love and flexing our innovative prowess when developing items, you won’t find anywhere else. We also decided to spotlight our matcha program, with more expressions of matcha on the menu than ever before.”

Season Fueled by Barista-Inspired Creations

Gregorys has built its foundation on putting people first, from its loyal guests to its baristas, bakers and roasters, who make every experience personal. This past spring, Gregorys challenged its team to reimagine its seasonal menu with a recipe challenge, and this fall’s winning creation was crafted by Barista Denise Rivera.

Rivera created the “Full Moon Latte” which draws inspiration from the Mid-Autumn Festival’s mooncake. Brewed with salted egg yolk syrup, sesame cold foam and Gregorys’ signature Night Vision Espresso, the latte strikes a silky balance of savory and sweet. With this innovation, Rivera brought to life a one-of-a-kind beverage that is going to be featured on the limited menu in every Gregorys café.

“Every drink has a story, and our Full Moon series is no different,” continued Zamfotis. “We hosted a signature drink competition with our team, and when we tasted the Full Moon for the first time, we knew it was a hit from the moment it hit our lips. Really unique flavors that blend together artfully for a beverage that you will not soon forget.”

Sips With a Story: Gregorys Fall 2025 Lineup

  • Smashing Pumpkin Cold Brew: Gregorys’ cold brew is smashing and a seasonal favorite. Signature cold brew swirled with oat milk, vanilla and house-made pumpkin spice syrup for a smooth, spiced pick-me-up.
  • Pumpkin Spice Latte: Gregorys’ take on the classic “PSL.” Night Vision Espresso, milk, vanilla and house-made pumpkin spice syrup come together for the ultimate cozy sip.
  • Carda’mama Latte: Night Vision Espresso mixed with house-made tahini mocha sauce and oat milk to create a drink that is sweet, nutty and boldly spiced. Cardamom forward!
  • Full Moon Matcha: A matcha-based alternative on Rivera’s winning latte. Ceremonial grade matcha blended with salted egg yolk syrup and topped with sesame cold foam.
  • Yuzu Peach Matcha: Bright, citrusy and energizing. Yuzu and peach syrups pair with coconut water and Gregorys’ signature matcha cream for a refreshing beverage.
  • Matchacado Smoothie: Matcha, meet avocado! Avocado, banana, Nuzest plant protein, maple and coconut water blended with matcha, poured over strawberry pomegranate chia for a layered, nutrient-packed drink.

“With a variety of new drinks on the menu, there’s a lot to explore and we know you’ll come back for more,” Zamfotis concluded.

Founded in 2006 in Manhattan, Gregorys Coffee has grown from a single neighborhood café into a culture-defining brand known for craft, community and connection. From scratch-made pastries and rotating limited-edition coffees roasted fresh in its New York City roastery, Gregorys places as much emphasis on good food and good people as it does on good coffee.

With more than 50 locations across the U.S., the Brand continues to grow its community of loyal Gregulars while staying true to its mission: serving communities that hustle hard, expect the best and care deeply about quality.
